Objectives

The Negotiation Masterclass is designed to give all participants the chance to learn and practice our tried and tested 5-step process to successful negotiation. It will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and most importantly the confidence to negotiate effective deals with clients, suppliers and colleagues!

Workshop style

This workshop is a ‘hands-on’ masterclass where participants will put their new skills into practice throughout the day. Continual feedback and coaching is provided by the course facilitator as well as fellow participants.
