Corporate Social Responsibility
CSR is the voluntary actions that business in general and Kintish in particular can take, over and above compliance with minimum legal requirements, to address both our own competitive interests and the interests of wider society. As a result we have decided to offer to various individuals free and / or low-cost training and presentations in networking skills. There will be very few people in all walks of life where becoming a more effective and confident won’t benefit their careers and general profile in society. So, what are we offering?
TO INDIVIDUALS
For every public seminar we run on networking skills we offer 2 free places to students in their final year of study or people who have set up in business within 2 years of applying. We believe places will fill quickly so if we consider you a suitable applicant we will offer to you various alternative dates.
TO CHARITIES AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS
We offer half day workshops or presentations at your conference for free up to 6 times a year. The only cost to you will be our travel expenses.
Please contact Ann Davies, Business Development Director for availability.

- Implementation - Every quarter we will look at the policy and at the team meeting we will discuss whether our commitement to equal opportunities and diversity is being adhered to.
CARING FOR THE PLANET
As our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we are holding more of our training via web seminars. This ensures that not only do we travel less but so do our delegates.
At our own expense we recycle as much waste paper and cardboard as possible to ensure that we are as environmentally efficient as we can be.
