Kintish training seminars can attract grant funding of up to £7000 North West based businesses who qualify. 

Any trading business with between 5 and 249 employees can apply via a Kintish network introduction to a Business Link Leadership and Management broker who will talk you through the scheme to align the needs of the business with one leader or managers personal development plans.  

Kintish training could form a part or all of the business requirement under this program and up to 20 additional staff can attend each training session for FREE as long as a grant funded Leader / manager is present!

The amount of funding available relates to the amount of UK paid employees;

• between 5-249 employees, the funding is available for 1 Manager, upto a maximum of £7, 000

PLEASE NOTE: It can not be used for Statutory/Mandatory or technical training, membership fees, travel, equipment, accommodation or any ESF funded activites. No individual manager can receive more than £1,000 of grant support. It is aimed at leaders/senior managers/key decision makers - supervisors and team leaders would not normally qualify for the L&M funding, there is funding available through Train to Gain, for example Team Leading Level 2 NVQ or NVQ Level 3 Management.
