The three day intensive programme focuses on three key areas for their future - 3 in 1 development of your High Flyers:
THE HIGH FLYER (confidence, body language, self image, comfort zone, dressing for success).We want every part of that person to say “SUCCESS”!!
THE MANAGER (management, leadership and communication styles, effective delegation and motivation, influencing performance to achieve higher and better results, taking challenges and changes – head on!)
THE CLIENT DEVELOPER (the excellent Networker, high level presentation skills, influencing top decision makers, confidently controlling difficult encounters, turning opportunities into future business, expanding existing client services)
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Through - an intensive 3 day programme of group learning, individual coaching and feedback.
Day 1 and 2 consists of developing the skills, feedback and practice.
Day 3 (generally 2 weeks later) consists of major presentations which impact on your businesses bottom line results.
HOW DO WE MEASURE SUCCESS?
Your “value” of success is important to us. Our success criteria is based on 3 results:
- We use a fantastic feedback method - “Full Circle Feedback” which gives before and after results for each delegate over a period of 2 months. Feedback is gained by the High Flyer, their Manager and their selected Feedback Team. Two months later feedback is gained again. You receive Graphs giving guaranteed results you can measure!
- Practical assignments set after day two ensures the programme is put into immediate practice, ensuring immediate impact and results. These consist of:
- Gaining enthusiastic cooperation from your team
- Influencing others to improve performance and results
- Presenting a “money saving, money generation or business improvement idea to take your business forward”
- The final presentation is to delegates and their guests – (Key Directors and Senior Partners representing their organisations). Giving your business immediate return on investment!

The price includes pre-course and post-course feedback from key people at all levels through our “full circle feedback” system, psychometric tests and exercises, delegate manual, personal video to take away and a review session two months later with the delegate and their Senior Manager. We run this Programme on both an “In-House” and on an “Open Course” basis.
When developing a team we recommend the “In-House” programme which is tailored to your specific business needs. A minimum of 6 maximum of 10 delegates required. Prices for this are discussed on a separate basis depending on venue, numbers etc.
