Chrissie GibsonChrissie Gibson is an expert educator with over twenty years’ experience. She has received excellent feedback from a wide range of participants who have benefited from her sessions. She has been a university lecturer in Manchester and Bristol and has run continuing professional development workshops on a number of current topics focussing on practical solutions.Chrissie is qualified in teaching and learning (a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy), a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Institute of Place Management.

Mark PerlMark has twenty two years of business experience. Fourteen years as an operational manager in hotels, corporate hospitality and the conferencing & event industry, plus eight years' as a freelance sales and communications consultant.
During his time as a consultant Mark has worked on four continents and is a natural networker, a charismatic presenter and motivational communicator. He has presented to over nine thousand delegates and guests at conferences, award ceremonies, public meetings, and work-shops of all sizes.
