This is an away day for all the business owners and decision makers to work ON their business and for a change, not IN their business.
Will's role is to facilitate, to ask the 'right' and 'searching' questions. It is your strategic plan and all elements of it will be as a result of the input made by you. To obtain maximum benefit no visits should be made to the business premises beforehand, no interrupting phone calls; concentrate totally on you and your partners. Give your business the luxury it deserves! |
