5. Talking  too much, not  listening enough

It is all about being more  interested  than interesting .Let the other person do most of the talking be a good listener and encourage others to talk about themselves. People love talking about themselves so rarely do you need to encourage them. You are there looking for opportunities which sinners never find when they talk about themselves too much.

6. Not asking the right questions.

The number one core skill when it comes to seeing if you can offer your services is to find out about the other person and their business. When you ask good questions and you have built rapport people often share their challenges. Don’t think sell, think help. Take care it doesn’t turn into an interrogation and when you do meet someone who doesn’t want to share, change the subject or change the subject!
